Voya defaulted my employer 401k to an investment portfolio with an extremely high rate of fees and low rate of return. They didn't send out the PIN number needed to access the account until 2 months after the account creation... so we were stuck for 2 months+ with fees 3x higher than the US Total Market Index Fund with returns that were 1.5x lower over 1 year. Very shady business model. Customer service was awful throughout and continually displayed their lack of knowledge about their services and made the whole process very difficult to resolve.

V.bad don't invest 40k with them when you decreased and need to take your money don't answer your request and when you lose they send to you to take your money after they sell and take your benefits. If they stopped working on your investment go to the court to take compensation

Had several employer 401k and this was by far the worst and most difficult to deal with. Claim to be the most ethical and I guess when you are forwards about poor/immoral policy’s like outrages rollover fees then you can claim your ethical. Suggest other companies that provide better service at cheaper rates.

This organization needs to be reviewed by the government for ethics. They allow people to get policies under freud circumstances. My ex husband was able to get a life insurance policy on me and list his girlfriend and illegitimate child as the beneficiaries. And during the duration of the policy my ex husband was able to profit off of it and me to care for the girlfriend and the child. “ this company says all of this is okay”

The absolute worst ever. Customer service is terrible. I called to ensure I would have no issues using my visa flex spending card I was assured everything was fine got to Lensccrafters to pay for my glasses and the card kept declining although i had more than enough to cover the cost.
