My old agency had let my premiums creep up year after year on my personal and commercial auto policies. I stopped in to see Vinnie at his local office and got a much fairer price than previously! Vinnie and the staff are very friendly and knowledgable about the insurance companies they represent. He even previews my renewal policies to see if we can do better on the pricing and/or coverage.

Called to add roof on policy, Lisa called around and found the coverage had already been added. Instead of just seeing it had been taken care of, she followed up with a phone call. Outstanding customer service is always offered at Vivenzio &Assoc

Called to get a quote and DAVE asked a few questions. One question I could not answer at the time. All I wanted was a quote to compare with other companies that HAVE already given me a quote. Apparently, Dave does not want new business because when I mentioned I’ve received other quotes he stated “then I can’t help you then” and hung up the phone. So rude and unprofessional!! Horrible way to do business. It’s friday and maybe you want to start your weekend but not the way to do business. I am in law enforcement and will never recommend anyone to “Dave”!! Oh, I might add that the young lady who answered the phone was extremely professional and very friendly. Maybe she needs to teach Dave a few things.

Great service! Most insurance agencies these days never let you meet with a real person this company is family owned and operated and very professional and personable. I've had coverage from this company for years and they've never let me down.
