I was with this company for 10 years with no incidents until now, my insurance was automatically canceled without telling me, no email, no letter or call When I called my agent, because I noticed the payment didn't come out automatically like it did the last 10 years and they said you overpaid don't worry about it. Now 7 months later they tell me it was not renewed for non payment?!! How could that be when it comes out automatically?!! After speaking with Progressive, they said it was for a non-disclosed reason and that they sent the cancellation letter to my agent who never informed me at all. I feel that it was unprofessional and irresponsible because you gain trust in your agent, especially being there for 10 years and then this happens, I was fortunate enough to find my own insuranc

Called him 4 times left a message we spoke twice totally blew me off perfect credit and no incidents just tell me you don’t want my business complete joke

I've been using this insurance agency for over 15 years and Steve is the BEST!! He's always helpful, always friendly, and always willing to do what he can to get me the best possible rate.
