After calling and speaking with a representative who was very polite but unfortunately not very helpful I've lost my confidence with this company and will be looking for another policy elsewhere. My father passed so I called to explain and hopefully get his policy canceled. It was explained to me several times that I would need paperwork as an administrator on my father's behalf to have his policy canceled. I completely understand that they have there policies they have to follow but it should be as simple as providing a copy of a death certificate to cancel. So they'll still be charging a veteran who's already passed until I can jump through their hoops. I record all my calls and will be posting this to social media for other people to be aware of this before making the decision to possib
