I have been with Fox Financial for a little over a year so I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with Brenda Fox for my family’s initial policies, and then Sharon Eckenrod for our new policies. I can say that they truly go above and beyond for their clients! You don’t feel like just a commission check when you’re dealing with them. They follow up yearly to see if you need any changes made to your policy. However, this year Sharon found a new policy for me with more living benefits and for a lower price. Agents I have dealt with in the past I’ve never heard from them once the policies were in place unless I call them. Also, I’m not the best at responding quickly but they’ve never gotten frustrated or rushed me. In fact they would see what they could do to make my life easier like staying on hold

She listened diligently to my needs and was able to secure the right policy that was tailored and suitable for my family as well as well as cost efficient.
