Great experience on my first visit. They were not pushy in getting insurance with them, they gave me a quote and were able to provide me (1) more coverage and (2) at a lower price than what I was paying at GEICO. I became a member the same day, I was also invited to a local event they had the following day for a Christmas event. 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for a human interaction rather than a phone call or being put on hold.

We have been with Farm Bureau for over 20 years and recently requested a review of our policies after adding a new vehicle. Lisa King and Angie Dickenson were amazing to work with. They asked questions to understand our current needs, listened to us, and provided options to help us save money and ensure we have the correct coverages. When something happened on our street, Lisa even reached out to make sure we were okay.

Angie has been an amazing insurance agent. Even outside of working hours she has been very responsive and helpful. She truly cares about her customers and provides top notch service. On top of that they have the best rates and great affordable add ons to take out any stress if you were to break down or get into an accident.
