I called to get a quote, And have never experienced such rude behavior and total lack of Customer service. They informed me I was unable to get insurance due to a dog I didn't even own or have. Do not spend your time or money with them. Lady answering the phone is rude and nasty. Please use this as how not to run a successful business.
Found the lowest possible insurance rates for me, and is always available to answer questions without having to wait on hold for an eternity. Sandston insurance goes the extra mile to provide excellent customer service.
