Our family have been customers of Virginia Farm Bureau for so long. We have had business, auto, life - all the insurances but health. Now, we needed to redo our health insurance and we can add that to our list of nothing but amazing experiences with this office. Bobby helped us look over all the policies on the Virginia Marketplace and really understand what we needed. Not only did he listen to us, but he was never short about the bazillion questions we asked, some multiple times. Then, in the end, I filled out everything online myself - until the very last step. I called Bobby in a panic at 4:45, he told me what to do, I did it - and we are the proud owners of a new health insurance policy by the time we needed it!! Could I have done all this without Bobby? My husband I were getting married April 3,1965 and had just bought a car the week before. Went to Leesburg to get tags and insurance. We purchased Farm Bureau Insurance. As years pasted we purchased homeowners, Life Insurance, rental Insurance and Health Insurance. We have always had excellent service. We love Farm Bureau. Next month we will have had 60 years of great coverage. I live in Front Royal now but still keep my Purcellville branch.

We’re loyal customers over 46 years. We’ve not had a lot of claims but those we have had there’s been immediate response and very little hassle. We’ve priced shopped over the years for our automotive and home owners but we always found FB to be the best for the value. Please work on bringing the rates down. (2024 was a higher than usual increase)
