My previous insurance company made things such a hassle & so difficult but this was a simple quick as well as cheaper process no required membership fees like my previous insurance provider. Had a very helpful, stress free experience with Ethan. I switched from a different vehicle insurance provider where I was receiving very poor customer service and absurdly high coverage so dealing with Ethan and Statefarm was a very great experience.
