I’ve been with Vincent Campo for a few years now. I just had to shut down a business and contacted the team about my partial refund. They were so great to work with. Selena was especially helpful when I selected the wrong address for my check. She was able to make the correction and followed up with a quick message letting me know. Not only do they have great rates but their customer service is 2nd to none. Very happy customer.

Vincent is seriously the best! I used to think everything dealing with insurance was a scary, exasperating experience but they made it so chill, smooth, and easy. Their response time was insanely fast and the communication was above and beyond. They make you feel genuinely taken care of and I always knew exactly what was going on. Also, every part of my plan was clearly well thought out and customized specifically to me. The whole process was super fast, effortless and stress-free which is something I was not expecting at all but appreciate so much. I seriously cannot thank them enough for doing such an incredible job!!!! Highly, highly recommend.

A few days ago, my wife and I dropped in the State Farm Office without an appointment. Selena Garcia welcomed us and listen to our concerns which had to do with a recent home re-finance. Selena and another lady in the office, Esperanza, worked to understand the issues and quickly fixed the problems we were experiencing. They were both professional and courteous.
