Disappointed and Misled – Beware I’m extremely disappointed with both the insurance company and my agent, Spencer. From the beginning, I feel like I was taken advantage of. They were recommended by a financial advisor I trusted, but that turned out to be a big mistake. Spencer made me feel like just another number on his list. He never took the time to review my policy or try to get me a better deal. Instead, my premium kept going up every few months—eventually reaching three times what I was paying before with a different company, and for less coverage. He even advised me not to add my 18-year-old daughter to the policy, warning it would raise my premium—but even without her on the policy, the cost kept climbing.
