Everytime I call with a question Rhonda is ready and able to answer it. We have added two boats to the auto policy with ease and the rates are good. So much better then the rates I was quoted even from Allstste agents in my area. Rhonda is very knowledgeable and will take the time to explain how things work. Lots of discounts are offered as well. I have spoken several tunes with Victor as well. He is a really nice person who is down to earth and will make you feel very comfortable with your decisions. Highly recommend.

Loyal customer for over 30 years with only 1 fender bender. 800+ credit score and never a late payment. Rate is higher than what another company is quoting me. So sad how you can be with a company for that long and still continue rasing rates when your not costing them any money.

Victor Simonin Allstate employees have always been very helpful and professional. I've been with them for 30 years and have never had an issue with a complaint. Whenever I called with questions they have always been very helpful in answering them and resolving any issues.

I have been a client there for approximately 20 + years and over the process on changing to paying online I accidently forgot to pay my bill. Not only was my policy cancelled you would not even let me pay and continue my policy. And this was probably a good thing I am paying a lot less where I am now. No thx never recommending you to anyone. Also the people in that office are extremely rude with the exception of one very nice lady named Debbie who has tried to help me several times.
