We called, we filled out the form online saying he’d call us, etc. - still no word from this office. Overall, very disappointing, so we’ll go with someone else. After all, if this is how difficult it is to give them money, just imagine how difficult it must be when you’re trying to get them to pay for something… Terrible customer service.

Incompetent office. If you are going with State Farm for any type of insurance choose a different location! Sara provides false information and will rush to get you off of the phone whenever you call.

Something shady about this place! After my monthly payment doubled I called the office they can’t give me a straight answer, then today I notice a random vehicle was added to my account. How does this happen?

Literally the worst Insurance Agent I have dealt with. I’ve never had a problem when I had insurance through Phill Hill in Delaware. Mind you, he is also State Farm. I have had nothing but issues with my auto, life, and home owners insurance when it comes to Mark and his office. I’m done with him and would not recommend. Unless you’re okay with your rate always changing and then fumbling your paperwork for your life insurance smh. Literally, THE WORST.

Home and Auto continues to go up by 35% without any claims. You provide the information they require multiple times and they do not process it correctly. I do not recommend this agency.
