And Victor is the most responsive - without fail Victor responds to emails, phone calls so quickly..it is hard to keep up with him! On a personal note, Victor is such a pleasure to work with, and he makes our life much easier. You can actually hear him smile over the phone.

Honestly, Victor is great. Allstate is awful though. We had to jump through a thousand hoops to have our home insured. We were notified and given a month to do everything after living in our house for 10 months. We thought everything was fine. The communication was also terrible. They kept going back on what was said to be acceptable.

Victor has been my insurance agent for nearly 25-years. He is thorough, knowledgable, capable and will go above and beyond to help you get what you need in the land of insurance. I would not hesitate to recommend him for all your insurance needs.
