Phillip was a knowledgeable, honest, and direct about what was the auto insurance industry. He is very aware of current trends/stats of auto insurances which I appreciated. They are an independent insurance agency - a broker (without a fee) looking at several options for your needs - which is exactly what I needed as a first time policy owner. I appreciate him being factual/efficient rather than being salesy or being super focused on closing in on the customer service. He is also the son of the owner, and they have been around for over 30+ years in other locations around Bellevue!! After going to a couple auto insurance around Bellevue, I got my insurance at this small location. Underrated, but well trusted and quality!!! I highly recommend them.

Lori at Bordelon Insurance has provided excellent service for my insurance policy regarding a vehicle that was imported and very tough to insurance. I had called all the big name agencies and they would not even touch the car due to not having a normal VIN number on the classic car. Lori however was able to get me a range of different options to insure my collector vehicle despite what all the other insurance agents had told me. On top of that it turned out to be the most affordable one too. She was always very patient and never pushed me into a decision. She is dedicated to her work and providing professional service. I would not hesitate to suggest anyone talk to Lori about insuring their vehicle.
