Vicki Thomas - State Farm Insurance Agent

I have had State Farm Insurance for 42 years. I have had 3 different agents during this time. Two in California that are amazing agents and became family friends. When I moved to Virginia I was very nervous on switching agents. My agent in California recommended Vicki Thomas. To my surprise it was easy to transfer everything. I have worked with Ginger and Abbi. Both are knowledgeable and very friendly. I would highly recommend Vicki’s office.

My husband and I have been clients of Vicky Thomas agency for 20 years. A shout out to Abbi! They have been extremely patient and have gone above and beyond their responsibilities when our garage door was destroyed when a truck accidentally went in reverse and it then landed on my husband's antique car... They also were extremely helpful when our boat was vandalized. As an aside, my husbands relationship with State Farm predates our marriage so they have been his bundled policy insurance for over 35 years. We appreciate that State Farm has never let us down and that Vicky Thomas agency has been there for us when we have had to deal with stressful incidents! Again, I want to emphasize that they go above and beyond to resolve issues and I know they will do the same for you.
