Vicki Kipfmueller - State Farm Insurance Agent

Vicki has been our agent for 15 years. In the 15 years, we have been so happy with the service she has provided. While other insurers have tried to upsell us, we have never gotten that with Vicki. While our policy has changed many times, it has always been in a low pressure situation and with us seeking to add to our policy. We have other experiences as well- when our checking account was hacked, they worked with us calmly and closely to get back on track as quickly as possible. Our car was totaled, and the amount we were given was beyond fair. Each time we call, Vicki and Cindy are kind and happy. We are so so grateful that we work with Vicki. :)

New to state farm and had a slight issue come up with online payments, called Vicki's office around 2pm on a gorgeous Friday afternoon and explained the issue. Her coworker Cindy then got back to me within 5 minutes and was able to sort out the problems e-z-p-z. As someone who isn't really any good with tech, it is great to receive such fantastic service as a new customer to this insurance company. Cindy is very proficient at her job and has a wonderful demeanor to add to her great set of customer service skills. Somebody get this girl a raise, at least a bonus. Thanks again Cindy :)
