We recently moved our personal and business insurance needs to Fuerst Insurance Services and are immensely pleased with the switch. Carlette graciously answered all questions and ensured we received the best coverage at a reasonable price that was much less than what we paid previously. We have recommended Carlette and her agency to family and friends because of the great customer service.

Carlette was fantastic and really took the time to compare my current policy with other options. Not only did save me money for the same coverage, she also took the time to help me understand my policies and their coverage. I would highly recommend working with her.

If I could provide her with zero stars, I would. My husband was in a car accident which resulted in his car being totaled. I contacted Carlette to find out what the next steps should be as this is the recommendation per Erie's website. "Contact insurance agent". I did this and Carlette's response was "I'm not sure" call this number and she gave me an 800 number to dial. Due to being unsatisfied with the service provided to us, we decided we wanted to get a new agent and found out our current agent needs to approve the transfer and Carlette is denying our transfer because she stated "it is up to her discretion". Because of this my husband and I will have to start a new policy, which will increase our rates and cause us to lose our vanishing deductible. We've been in touch with another insu
