My first several months with this office was great. The huge problems came when I switched around my plan. In February of 2023, I was trying to save money and switch my plan around. Nick who is an associate there helped me over the phone. He got my monthly bill down really low with discounts and a policy change. Well… everything was fine for a few months. Until I got a whopping bill for $942.39. Not only did Nick make a terrible error, and neglected to tell me ANY of this, he also put wrong information on my account from another customer… When I saw that error, the office responded and Nick called me almost immediately. I’m assuming to cover his tracks. After I had talked to many State Farm customer service representatives, I learned about this huge error in money… When I reached out to th
