I have used Insure First for several years for my home and vehicles. Jody Thompson couldn't have been nicer to me. Without prompting she would periodically check to see if I could get better rates with different companies and let me know the results. She has always been prompt to return calls and emails. I have had several vehicle claims and was very satisfied with the claims handling process.

From the moment I walked in, I felt welcome. Their agent saw me right away and took the time to understand my needs and create the best options possible. Happy to have chosen the and its group to work with- would highly recommend.

Do not use these people ever. Look at these reviews that should tell you something about these people. They sent me a letter saying they can do $770 a year. I fit all of their parameters and when they got to my quote it was over $3,000 a year year. When Jodi did her follow-up call to me she said she apologizes things must have changed since they sent the letter out BS I responded to the letter the same day this place is a rip off and the FCC or the FAA or whoever it is should investigate these rip-off people

Knowledgeable staff. The insurance team has taken care of my family for years. There is no other insurance group to choose from. Very personable, friendly, and honest team with the customer in mind.
