The Lawrenceville Highway location was only ever been open once when I visited to try and pick up my mail. I have come within business hours as advised by staff on the phone, Google, YELP, and Facebook. Either someone is closing the business early, or I am being lied to about hours. I need to know if this PO box location is a good fit for me because I work from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm and I specifically selected this location for their hours and distance from my house. I will cancel and take my business elsewhere if this is not a good fit.

Friendly and competent. I've read other reviews and some mentioned unexpected closing. To be fair, that happened to me as well, but I contacted the manager and had the mail ready for me to pick up the next day when they were normally scheduled to be closed. Unexpected events can happen to businesses as well as people but I've always felt that VHeA was willing to make up for any issues arising out of those issues.

I've been a customer for almost a year and canceling my service. They open late and close early and they've "lost" several mail items that I had delivery confirmations for. Costing me more $$. They've even given me other people's mail on two occasions. Friendly, but not reliable.
