I’m the type who never take the time to leave reviews on a business. To do so I must be 1) extremely angry or 2) surprisingly pleased. In this case, I was extremely pleased with my experience with Tom and his team. I usually associate insurance agents with car salesmen but Tom didn’t try to upsell me. He met me where I was at and was very understanding of my situation. He even gave me valuable advice on how I could lower my auto premium instantly and I was able to walk away with a lower premium on my home and auto bundle. The man is a walking book of knowledge. He definitely know what he’s talking about and will equip you with the knowledge so you can be an informed consumer. I’ve never had an agent spend this much time talking to me. You can tell Tom loves his job and loves helping people
