Thelma at Veronica Insurance has been amazing to work with! She’s always so kind, patient, and truly cares about her clients. She takes the time to explain everything and always makes sure I’m getting the best options for my situation. You can really tell she loves her job and goes above and beyond. I’m very grateful for her help and highly recommend her!

I took my mom to the Redlands location to get her insurance and fee taken care of. Luckily we got Xochitl to help us out. She went above and beyond. She was very patient and helpful with explaining things so we understand. We will be coming back to renew our insurance next year with her. She provide an excellent service.

It was a real pleasure speaking with Xochitl over the phone. Her phone etiquette, diligence, patience and overall personality was phenomenal. Xochitl was very informative on my options and detailed. I have not had someone so easy to work with in a long time. I look forward to working with her in the future, as long as she’s there. Management, I hope you know you have a really good person working for you as far as customer service is also concerned. You aught to keep her happy because she keeps Veronica’s insurance customers happy!

I spoke with Xochitl today about getting a quote to remove a vehicle and add a new one with full coverage. She is just the sweetest person, gave me fantastic news, and even helped me make the right decision for ME. I appreciate all the help she gave me, so wonderful!
