The Automobile Club of Southern California In Redlands,California is a very convenient and full service auto,home,life and casualty insurance provider.They also provide towing services,travel and cruise reservations and trip assistance to anywhere in the world! They have a very friendly and helpful staff always ready to help. You can also take care of DMV and registration matters here at no extra service costs than what the DMV would charge and you can avoid the lines! They also have terrific assortment of travel books available for members. Plenty of free parking,close to the I-10 freeway and afterwards grab something to eat at nearby restaurants!

I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND AAA at this location due to their crookedness selling automobile insurance coverages. The agent whom I dealt with named Donovan Henry who had fraudulently created e-doc requested for me to sign that had someone else's on the insurance coverages that was IN NO RELATIONSHIPS TO MYSELF. I smelled stinky rotten dead rats 🐀 infestation from this branch over 40+ miles away from High Deserts. I cancelled their AAA insurance ASAP without any agreements signed. They however sent documents stated that they cancelled me out🤣😂 and had the AUDACITY to charge for dates that I had NEVER SIGN UP for their insurance coverages since day 1. Additionally, they TOTALLY IGNORED my request for receipts of payments they had charged to my credit card. No correspondence from them-T
