I appreciate the professional help that I was provided by the sales agent Matthew. I came into their office because I received a paper from the car insurance stating that the VIN number did not match the DMV records. I realized that the previous agent Daisy did not fill in the correct information to my vehicle. When Matthew made the correction in the system he informed me that my monthly premium had gone up $5 because they had to process the correct information like it was a new vehicle. I was disappointed that due to the mistake that agent Daisy made in office processing my information I was being billed more money monthly. It's emberassing that employees here think that increase in prices everywhere means that these employees have rights to put that pressure on potential customers while rent has skyrocketed & so has food prices. Freeway Insurance will help you for less than half of what this company helps with & it's an even better insurance. Do not fall for this scam.

This location is my favorite! Juan was very professional and attentive to all my questions. He is excellent at his job and helpful, very recommendable! Went to this location because I got a little flyer that looked like a license to receive $100 off. It turns out it wasn’t true. They only use them to lure people there. So I was getting a quote and I was asking questions because that’s the normal thing to do and the girl in charge seemed like she wasn’t in the mood to explain anything. Her tone of voice made it seem like she didn’t have the patience. I quickly made an excuse to get out of there and went to another insurance broker.
