AMAZING STAFF! I have to start by saying that I am a small business owner and firmly believe in keeping my business and money local. Unfortunately, my local insurance agencies seriously lacked customer service and gave me the run around. Failing to call me back, giving me ridiculously high quotes from a single source. This was my first experience needing to purchase comp and liability and it was very daunting for my wife who was left with this task. Somehow, my wife managed to get thrown into a pool of brokers when she filled something out online and Robyn with C.R. Stelling called her back (along with many others).
