Our family began with Brotherhood Mutual Insurance Co. which then sent us over to Veal over 35 years ago. We’ve had hardly any claims in our life, but recently hit a deer with our car. Our dealership recommended that our car be totaled. The insurance we carry through Veal (Travelers Insurance Co.) refused to total it. BE AWARE. We are highly disappointed in them and will be moving our home and all three vehicles after this. We trusted this agency.
