The best customer service we've ever experienced with an insurance company. We have been with Capital Insurance for 2 years now. We use Capital Insurance for our homes, vehicles, and businesses through Erie insurance. Customer service is key and they have provided every need I have had with care setting me up with the best coverage. I didn't think to leave a review before, that's just something I don't think to do. I was recently involved in a car accident; I never knew the full details of my coverage. Someone hit my car, my insurance took over immediately. My insurance was concerned about my health and car. Capital/ Erie handled my claim, provided a rental, and went after the company for me. I didn't have to worry about anything.
