This is a review specifically for Lisa, her assistant, and their performance during my purchase of health insurance. They were both excellent. Lisa followed up at a very high and professional level. She is professional in her knowledge, and she is experienced enough to talk about future issues before they happen. This was so very much easier than finding health insurance on my own, and she was clear about commissions and what it cost me to receive her services. (It costs me nothing, the insurance company compensates her) I'll never buy health insurance in Oregon without making sure that she's involved.

When my job status changed and my 2nd job came to an end (fuel prices made the long commute too costly) I needed to get back onto health insurance as my adult disabled son's personal support worker.
