Cara is a wonderful agent and her team is amazing and professional! I love the fact that she's so flexible and willing to work with us and the payment reminders help a lot! Someone is always there to answer the phone with great customer service! I use State Farm for my renters and auto insurance and I've never been disappointed!

We've been with Cara for a long time, and we really appreciated our relationship with her when this last year my daughter and I were in a car accident and my daughter ended up in the hospital for three weeks. Cara and her team were super responsive and quickly answered all my questions immediately after the accident. Cara was incredibly proactive on our behalf and made sure I was well informed on how our insurance was going to work before I even knew the questions to ask. She and her team have continued to regularly follow up with us at each turn. I couldn't imagine working with anyone else during this difficult time.

When I have a question for my insurance agent, I tend to pick up the phone and call them. The staff at Cara Rasmussen’s State Farm office always answers the phone in person. There is no telephone “tree”. Each one of them is knowledgeable and cordial. They answer my questions and take care of my needs quickly and without dithering.
