Jose Vargas - State Farm Insurance Agent

I have never had any communication at all with Jose Vargas and only emails or texts with someone from his agency. I have had nothing but problems with State Farm since I bought my house. I went with them on the recommendation of my mortgage broker who, after everything I've had to deal with, now says they regret sending me to them. I was told my policy was in place and sent the declarations pages so we proceeded with closing on my house on November 5th. Within 2 weeks I was sent a text message telling me my policy couldn't be issued unless I fixed the "problems" a 3rd party inspector said was wrong with the roof. The roof was just replaced several months before I bought the house but, more important, I was not made aware of any inspection taking place nor was I present for it. When I asked
