Had a small self imposed fender bend from backing into a utility box and the damage was approx. $1400.00. After numerous calls to their adjuster Jake Markham who never returned our calls on her own accord, was told she would take care of our payment to the dealer. After waiting 1 wk of the vehicle being repaired we were told when ready to pick it up that our insurance co. had not paid them yet so they could not release the vehicle. Found that the adjuster was fired and a new adjuster had taken over the case who once was contacted after the fact said he had this on his desk for five days and was going to get back to us. With lack of follow up from agent and all parties involved it scares me that we have bundled our home and auto +umbrella together with this company. Don't have too much c

Straight up lied to me about classic car insurance and told me that the mileage on Hagerty has a limit. I called Hagerty and there is no such limit on miles you can drive your car. Valley insurance just wanted to give me a more expensive option. Dishonest, secretary acts like it's a pain to get you insurance. Would give zero stars if I could.

This is seriously the worst place for car insurance! These lady’s are super lazy every time I call they act like it’s a hassle to get them to do anything ! I have called and they told me there was nobody in the office I show up there and they are all there phones /computers with headphones ! They get super snotty when I go in there and make them do the work ! They suck and are super expensive
