I have been a customer with State Farm for over 40 years, I came to Mark about 4 years ago, I had headed out of a road trip a few weeks ago and my vehicle broke down. I had to call the office and had the pleasure of working with Susan, she was extremely compassionate, she kept in constant communication with me until my situation was resolved.
