BAD SUCKS IN 2026 united health care sucks 2026 they cut me out of getting any prscritions at all i have no copay and they are charging me copays, have me on wrong level 2, when im level 3 not level 2. so cant get asthma breathing inhaler, bacteria meds, allergy meds, heart meds, thyroid meds, hromone meds, etc and their otc card sucks this year too, they cut me out of all my coq10 for heart, osteo bio flex for arthritis, move free for cartliage to move, thyroid shajati, ginger that fixes gout uric acid, hormones and diabetic blood sugar levels,, I WONT GO WITH THEM NEXT HEAR AFTER DIONT THIS TO ME.

Not just insurance, this is real health support. Benefits are comprehensive and the quality of communication and care is excellent. I am grateful for this provider.

Comparing options used to be confusing until I spoke with Brenda. She gave me several clear choices and made sure I understood how they would support my health care.

I called the level funded number and spoke with Vernetta Sanders. I had an issue with a group and she went into a lengthy detail on how their system works and the process it takes. I was able to get clarification on some of the group information. The next process didn't regard her but did with another department and she is still going to keep an eye on it and keep me posted to make sure that the escalated issue gets resolved within 2-3 business days. She was great to work with and very knowledgeable!
