Worst company - overpriced! Cancelled my policy verbally and by email 1 week before end date and they fraudulently continued invoicing me and now have sent a collection agency. Will never pay them and cant say enough how much I regret ever signing with them to begin with - saved 40% with one phone to Amica.

Worst insurance company I've ever had to deal with. There customer hit my daughters parked car on the 3rd, its now the 19th. Even though they have a police report saying what happened they still have not provided a rental car or done anything with this case. Meanwhile she has had to find different ways of getting to work because of it. The insurance adjuster keeps saying who she had 16 cases transferred to her and there's no way she can do anything. Its like she is having a complete meltdown about this company. Meanwhile saying she is working from home. Complete nut job the whole time i spoke to her. Same situation when my daughter talked to her. I've never had a insurance company be so incompetent in my life. Our next step is to contact the department of insurance to do a formal complaint

This is the worst insurance company I've ever dealt with. They only paid for the cheapest repair on my car after years of paying them. Every six months they would increase my payments. Finally when it reached 400 dollars a month I switched to geico. Now paying 250 a month. I canceled my policy on the 31st of October but my auto payment still came out for 400 dollars on November 1st. They just sent me a refund for 1 dollar. Absolutely criminal
