Dionisio Roman Jr.: Allstate Insurance

I have been with Allstate for a few years and am well pleased with the service and the people. They are so helpful and courteous and eager to assist you with whatever you need. I was rear ended in the state of Alabama a while ago. Allstate took care of everything, making appointments for me to have the car repaired and making sure I was all right. Thank you Allstate.

I don’t normally leave review but this office went above and beyond. I recently had a very strange issues I received a DMV suspension Letter listing Allstate as the insurance needing to verify proof. It’s was strange due to the fact I had never held auto insurance with Allstate. Dion was the first person I thought of due to holding my homeowners insurance a few years back. I am not currently a customer with this office anymore but I figured I would give it a try. Dion was the first person to answer the phone he was very helpful and set on helping me find out what was going on. After a few calls with Lisa and Dion they confirmed that it was a dmv issues. My Allstate account was transferred to Dionisio Roman Jr. last year. Shortly after, another driver ran a red light and hit my car. I was a bit nervous because I didn't know my new agent yet. The other driver lied to the police and there were no witnesses. So the case was deemed no fault. That meant I would have to pay my 500 dollar deductible for an accident that was not my fault. Well, thanks to my new agent and the claims department, I recently got my 500 dollars back. And the other driver was faulted for the accident. So I can truthfully say, "You ARE in good hands with Allstate." And I very much recommend calling Dionisio Roman Jr if you need an agent who is caring and will keep you in good hands.

We have been with Allstate for years. Our agent is super responsive, usually getting back to us within a few hours of an email. Very helpful and answers any questions we have.

Service is not the same since Jeff retired. You call get an answering service and call back is not great. We called to get an estimate to upgrade a policy and was told they would look into it and get back but still have not heard back and it’s been well over a month.
