Extremely disappointing experience with this office. After receiving a commercial quote, it took over a month of constant follow-ups just to get the policy issued. Six months later, I unexpectedly received a check refunding half of the premium with zero explanation. Repeated attempts to contact an agent went unanswered, leaving me to assume my policy was canceled without notice. Now I’m left scrambling to secure coverage. This level of communication and professionalism is unacceptable. I strongly recommend avoiding USI—especially this office—if you value reliability and peace of mind.

We switched insurance carriers through USI and they cancelled our old insurance without even making sure we were covered. All of our employees have been without insurance for 3 weeks now, this unacceptable! Please be very hesitant about working with these people as they will never acknowledge that they were ever in the wrong.
