I am extremely dissatisfied with USI. The insurance was contracted through my car transport company, and yet I have been waiting for over a month with my car broken down and still no response or solution. The customer service is terrible—almost impossible to get in touch with anyone, and when I do, they provide no clear information or help. This lack of support is unacceptable. I paid for insurance expecting peace of mind, but instead I’ve only received neglect. I do not recommend USI at all.
They are amazing! John is the best
