COVENANT DIRECT INSURANCE SERVICES

Poor customer service. In all of the relationships I have had with property and auto insurance agents over 40+ years, I have never had cause to complain at all about my broker until choosing Covenant. All was fine in the beginning and for quite a while until I needed information or I needed changes to my policy. The response time for emails was very poor over the years and most recently non-existent. After receiving no reply to an email sent weeks ago, I left a voicemail 2+ business days ago which has yet to be returned. As a result, I contacted Nationwide on my own and received exceptional customer service. I will now be looking for a new agent and hopefully Nationwide can administer some corrective action for this poorly functioning agency. I recommend looking elsewhere to an agent tha
