I have worked with Usher Insurance—specifically Ilse Gomez—for the past 8–10 years, and she has been wonderful to work with. Ilse is always quick to respond and makes sure everything is taken care of, which was especially helpful after two deer jumped in front of my car and it was totaled. She consistently ensures we’re getting the best deals on our home and auto insurance and took the time to walk me through every step to make sure my daughter was properly insured when she first started driving. I truly appreciate her knowledge, responsiveness, and dedication. Working with Ilse is the main reason I continue working with an agent instead of handling insurance on my own.
