I’m really happy with the service and communication I received from Shane. He was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to give me multiple quotes and figure out what coverage was best for me. He answered all my questions. The conversation I had with him convinced me to switch to State Farm. His work made the process effortless on my end.

Brain was just such a great person that , though I wanted just one insurance. I ended up with 3 different insurances. He’s truly a people’s person and has just a great interpersonal connection with his customers. Lovely and friendly gentleman. I was referred to Matthew Becker’s office and I wish I had called sooner! I called the office at 4:55 pm on a Friday, and had the wonderful opportunity to speak with Jada. I was thinking I would leave my contact information for a follow-up call Monday, given that I was calling right before the office closed for the weekend. Brian is an amazing insurance agent! He's super nice, made it effortless to explore my options, and encouraged me to plan for the future!
