This insurance is garbage. Had this insurance for a few years because of my past employers. United healthcare kept charging all my allergy shots as doctor visits. The allergy shots are not doctor visits and were supposed to be 100% covered under the agreement. Besides all my calls to UHC, The allergy clinic also called them several times to discuss this over the last couple years, United Healthcare just kept sending them in circles and they charged me regardless.
United Healthcare Corp MOVED TO MINNESOTA....Good Luck getting a hold of them on the phone!!!
Cant even get FSAs right. They love making it as hard as possible to contact people and work with them. if you have a spouse that you can use any other FSA or healthcare use that. These people are a for them only and exist to set back humanity.
Horrible..I will lose my coverage because of customer service
Fraudulent insurance plans. They will mail you a card with no RX numbers and their customer service never picks up the phone. Watch out for the scam where they sell you a plan underwritten by golden rule insurance company.
