We engaged The David Agency for workers’ compensation insurance based on a prior relationship with a representative who is no longer with the firm. Unfortunately, our experience since then has been deeply disappointing. Our WC policy was cancelled with little notice, leaving our company scrambling to secure new coverage, a stressful and risky position for any business owner. Shortly after, we received an email regarding a $4,000 charge that we had never been invoiced for. When we requested a formal invoice to understand and verify the charges, The David Agency instead contacted our former carrier stating that we were “refusing to pay,” which is inaccurate. STAY AWAY!! These company are liars. They damage your vehicle and claim they caused no damage, even thought it is on the BOL. The driver also will not allow you to put ALL the damage they caused before ripping the BOL out of your hands and not providing a copy. They dropped my vehicle when they picked it up and they obviously do not know how to load vehicles. Their insurance company, The David Agency (Priscilla in particular) back them up and are con artists as well!! The Sr. Dispatcher is their claims person, Evo and is so RUDE and HANGS up on you. Their is something called KARMA! They caused so much damage and they THINK they will get away with it, but they are not invisible. I have been with the David Agency for many years and have worked with many wonderful agents over the years. They have always found a way to offer advice or suggestions on my policies that would allow us to save money and still get the best coverage possible. In the past few years, I have had the pleasure of working directly with Angela Krause. In fact, we had recently purchased two newer vehicles and she worked hard finding us a company with comparable coverage at a much reduced rate. She made the entire process of switching all of our policies over painless. Not only was she quick, but also very pleasant to work with! Thank you so much for all the years of wonderful service!

The David Agency has helped us with so many of our insurance needs from business insurance, workers' comp, to medical insurance. Recently, we changed our group medical insurance and our agent David Boddy was exceptional to work with in helping us find a medical plan that meets our needs and is way more affordable than what we've had over the last few years. Excellent customer service by this client-focused insurance firm!!

The people from this agency are the worst arrogant attitude, disgust me. Miss Lori, I think that is her name, is so repulsive. She is to good to speak to the clients. She will say anything to get your business and then it’s all down hill. They need to learn they are in customer service, we want to be treated with respect. Not be dismissive and irrelevant as a person. Never again. People beware.
