Cannot get through to a live person to save my life....HORRIBLE insurance coverage, HORRIBLE patient services...the WORST insurance company out there!!
United Health Care is by far the worst insurance company to deal with on both a personal and professional level. It took me over nine months to have an authorization approved. Then I was told I only had two months to get the required therapy completed!
Literally useless is should just burn the 220 dollars I pay every month just to have nothing covered
