They carefully assured that our policies were tailored exactly for our unique insurable needs . . . not "cookie-cutter" generic policies. Thus we were confident that our costs were correct and affordable on our retirement incomes. Also, face to face relationships have high value in my opinion. Their local phone is always answered by local representatives. Lastly, our discounts are even greater with our subscription to the Phone App "Drive My Way", discounting our Auto Policy by not using our phone while driving, and of course obeying the speed limit . . . just what we should be doing normally, only now we are saving 35 %.
