Thank you United Mutual for dropping my coverage as a result of ONE claim. I’ve had this insurance company for 8 years and I’ve never made a claim until a TORNADO hit my home. If I could give you a negative rating I would. You hardly covered anything on my home and paid pennies to my out of pocket cost which was over $20k you paid me only 2k counting my deductible. You wanted me to just put band aides on issues that needed to be done correctly. Thank you terrible insurance company that isn’t worth nothing!! Don’t get this shitty insurance!!

Due to my contentious and numerous volume of calls, not liking their premiums that go up every year and telling them so I was told I wouldn't be renewed. This after being with them for 28 years. Guess I really disliked them. Agent didn't like me but wasn't man enough to tell me. Seems like I could have been transfered to another agent. Run from this company and agent . Ryan was given his father in laws clients when he retired didn't have to work to hard to get clients . If he had maybe he could take people getting upset when premiums go up 500 a year when we haven't had a claim in years. If I hurt his feelings by talking to him I'm sorry but that's life.

Just what an insurance company should be. They value service and integrity in all facets of their operations.
