Tom Hillermann is incredibly personable, easy to talk with and a good listener. He offered us options based on our needs and saved us a lot of money with the same and/or better coverage, so we switched all our policies to Hillermann. Stacy (associate) was very kind, accommodating and easy to work with. I have already recommended this team to another, and they too switched all their insurance here. Everyone should have their policies reveiwed by Tom Hillermann. They will be glad they did.

Where to begin? Horrific is a reasonable starting point A year ago, I transferred five policies to Hillerman Insurance. I gave them my credit card and instructed them to set up everything for pay in full, autopay. Not a demanding set of instructions, or so I thought. When I checked, the evening before the policies were due, I found out that they set up one correctly, home. Auto was not set to autopay. Fortunately, I checked or I would have not had coverage. Third policy, umbrella, a $280 policy was not set to auto pay and was set to monthly payments??? $5 per month service fee on a $280 policy. Fourth policy was never transferred so I had to take care of all that. The fifth policy, motorcycle, I have absolutely no idea what happened. I’ve had the policy continuously for 21 years and now i

They are very helpful in finding you the perfect policy for what you need and want to you to have a fast and friendly experience. They take care of all your personal and business needs. Good job.

BUYER BEWARE! Most unprofessional and unethical insurance agency ever and not only do they not stand behind the policies they sell they completely ignore requests inquiring where our $1200+ refund is. Over 7 weeks we’ve been trying to get someone to help us and they completely ignore you. Overcharged for a policy I wasn’t truly covered for - worst experience of my life!

Tom and Kelly at Hillermann Insurance are always their for me when I have questions and always have the best prices. They also have my businesses protected properly unlike some insurance agents I've had in the past elsewhere. Thank you
