They write a policy then cancel it because you have large breed dogs. Creates a big hassle to find another home and auto insurance policy when they give you a 20 day cancellation notice out of the blue. I even offered to load up the dogs and take them to Medford so they could meet the babies but they weren’t interested. Can’t imagine what their claims process might be if we ever had an auto or homeowners claim if this is how they treat you from the beginning. Thought it would be nice to save a few dollars by switching but at least with American Family I know we have solid coverage!
I was in an accident and totaled my car. They took care of everything and I was able to get a new car about two weeks after the accident.
Wish I could give them no stars. I truly hope this review can help people from choosing this terrible insurance company. If you are looking to be with a company for 12 plus years, pay your premium on time every month and then need to file a claim only to have them not help you and then deny. Well this is the company for you
