Les Park - State Farm Insurance Agent

Les Park has been our agent for the past year or so and we are incredibly happy with the service and attention he has provided. He listened closely to our questions and made helpful suggestions regarding our coverage. He never tried to "hard sell" us or suggested coverage we do not need. Very professional, but friendly. We have every confidence in the decision we made to move our insurance to him. We had a recent claim that was handled quickly and efficiently - really appreciated that. We highly recommend Les Park - he truly personifies the "good neighbor"!

From our experience Les has impeccable customer service. He almost always was available by phone or email, and if momentarily unavailable, he has called us back within 24 hours. When life has thrown us a curveball, from deer damage to our vehicle to hail damage to our house, Les has given us piece of mind that we have an insurance company we can trust on our side, and that is why we choose State Farm now and in the future.

I cannot say ENOUGH GREAT THINGS about Les. We have been customers for 24 years, and he has never once let us down. I always hear people complain about their insurance, and I truly (and gratefully) can’t relate at all. Les has been a great help in many situations over the years, and I wouldn’t trust anyone but him with my home, farm, and equipment.

Les and his team have always been more than helpful in the last 20 years I have been a State Farm customer. They go out of their way to answer my questions and are always very prompt and polite in their communications. I absolutely love that I can directly call Les and his team to look into things for my accounts vs. calling a 1-800 number. It makes my life 1000X easier!

Les Park called a business I work for looking for information and was extremely rude and hung up on me when he did not get the answer he was looking for. Condescending guy who would now never get my business or any customers of ours who would be looking for a recommendation.
