Dealt with this company 30yrs., never thought I'd see the day when I of s horrible experience such as I am going through... company has payments in their bank, yet refusing to credit my account for loan payments going back 10yrs.., not sure court drama is worth it. 1yr to go on 20yr.policy and threatening to cancel my policy for their negligence.. beware...and keep receipts and record current. trust no one or their consequences word.

If it wasn't for the fact that I've had this policy for nearly 10 years, I would cash it in. I have been trying for years to correct the name of my beneficiary. My sister's name is Bridgette and my policy shows Bernadette. In 2016, an agent finally came to my house to correct their errors, but I ended up with the same name on my policy, Bernadette. It's been over a year and United Insurance still has not corrected it. I have tried contacting the home office and I'm on hold for 30-45 minutes, then I'm transferred to an extension that rings constantly. I have turn this issue over to the Maryland Insurance Administration. Hopefully, they can get me some results. My advice, stay away from this company.

They will educate you on your policy and they will help you every step of the way. Btw if anyone need any kind of policys I can help with that @ [email protected]. Oh and united will pay you to study insurance just call and ask to become an agent this is a fantastic company.

This is a horrible company. It seems like some of their agents are not honest with senior citizens when opening life insurance accounts. Seniors end up paying more than the policy is worth. Seniors also have a problem recouping any monies paid in excess on the policy. What!!!

When I called to discuss a policy, I was put on hold for a total of 20 mins twice and then got disconnected. When I called another day (different week). I had the same issue. You won't get any answers when asking questions about your policy. Too many other issues I had with insurance company.
